Falmouth, Helston and District Branch was formed in May 2001 and is run by a small group of volunteers. We are responsible for raising funds for the needy cats in our area, which covers the postal districts of TR10, TR11, TR12 and TR13 ie; Falmouth, Penryn, Constantine, Port Navas, Mawnan Smith, Mylor & Helston.

All of our cats are looked after by dedicated fosterers within the area from their own homes. Helping cats in need is a worthwhile and rewarding job; we organise various fundraising events throughout the year and are always on the lookout for new volunteers to join us.

We currently have six fostering pens up and running , and actively rescue and rehome cats and kittens.

The Branch always welcomes new members that can help in anyway. If you wish to become a volunteer please contact us on 0845 371 2729 (local rate) or catsfalmouthhelston@live.com. Each member receives a newsletter three times a year and the chance to help out at various events throughout the year.

WE ARE ESPECIALLY  LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME FOR  DOTTIE  WHO HAS BEEN WITH US FOR SOME MONTHS AND WHO IS A LOVELY CAT.

PLEASE CONSIDER HER IF YOU CAN.

WE HAVE HAD A VERY SUCCESSFUL WEEK REHOMING MORE OF OUR CATS.  PLEASE KEEP CHECKING OUR WEBSITE FOR NEW ARRIVALS OR GIVE US A RING.

Seeking: Voluntary Fund Raising Co-Ordinator

We are still looking for voluntary help with our fundraising.  Job Description! "An essential role within the branch and should be carried out by someone with good organisational skills, great people skills, imagination and enthusiasm. Responsible for raising funds for the branch and co-ordinating the fund raising team"

BELLACan you give BELLA a home?

Bella is possibly a Burmese Lilac cat (certainly very similar) but we have no paperwork to prove this. She is a very loving cat and is looking for a new home with no young children or other cats, but she could possibly live with a well-behaved dog.
Read more about BELLA and more cats looking for new homes.
